May's release: Strangelove Actions
The brand bew Srangelove set of actions is a multiset that offers a variety of possibilities. Starting with 8 beautiful color actions, compatible with Photoshop CS2, CS3, CS4, CS5 and CS6. The actions offer vintage tones with a touch of creamy shades.
Also included in the set there are two special actions made for CS6 ONLY. These two extra actions, Tropicana and Arctic Feels conain vibrance - that means that you'll be still be able to run these actions in earlier versions of Photoshop but you won't get that final splash of extra tones. These two actions, as all the actions included in Strangelove, are fully customizable.
But since this is a multikit we also thought it would be nice to give an extra something to those B&W lovers out there. Strangelove includes Verity, a classic but very retro-looking black and white action. Verity includes three different versions, High Contrast, Medium Contrast and Low Contrast. All versions are customizable.
For those looking to add a splash of color to their black and white pictures we've also included three B&W Quick Converters. Just one layer to add that extra touch of color. These three actions can be used directly on SOOC (Straight out of Camera) pictures but they can also be used after a color or black and white action has run and the best thing is that you don't need to flatten the layers! Just make sure you've selected the top layer and that's it. You can customize or remove these converters with just one click. For the example we ran an action first (Wild Dream, from this very same set) and then applied the Quick Converters.
Finishing thee set, there are 6 Channel Mixer Presets that can be used as finishers, so the results will always vary, depending on the previous processing. For the example we used the same action (Wild Dream, from this set) and then we applied the presets.
